CoQ-10 is a fat soluble, vitamin-like compound that has been shown to contribute to improved heart health; blood sugar regulation; may reduce the symptoms experienced with Fibromyalgia such as joint stiffness, extreme fatigue and migraine; and is recommended to be used with Statins (cholesterol lowering medication), as Statins can lead to secondary CoQ-10 depletion.
