Ingredients:Â Pure hydrolysed collagen (bovine), inulin, milk powder (rice milk and coconut milk), MCT oil powder, dried spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger) and monk fruit extract.

Dosage and directions for use:Â Mix 1 â 2 tablespoons in hot water, may add milk of your choice as desired. (Collagen per 2 TBSP serving = 3.7g).
